Questions

Before you break ground.

Straight answers to what Temecula homeowners ask us most. Don't see yours? Bring it to the free consult — we'll walk your yard and talk it through.

How does a landscape project actually work, start to finish?

Every job starts with a free on-site consult — we walk the yard, learn how you want to live in the space, and take real measurements. From there we build a written plan and estimate, and once you approve it we schedule the crew: grading and hardscape go in first, then irrigation, planting, and a full cleanup before we hand it back.

Do you offer ongoing maintenance after the install?

We do. Most homeowners keep us on a maintenance plan once the build is done — regular trimming, bed care, seasonal cleanups, and irrigation checks so the yard we installed keeps looking sharp. Plans are month-to-month and scaled to your property, and we'll quote it right alongside the build if you want it.

How do you price a project, and is the estimate really the final cost?

We price off the actual scope — square footage, materials, grading, and site access — not a guess over the phone. The written estimate you approve is the price you pay. If something unexpected turns up underground, we stop and talk it through with you before any change, so there are no surprise line items at the end.

Can you build a yard that looks great but doesn't drink water?

Absolutely — it's most of what we build out here. Water-wise doesn't mean gravel and cactus: we design with California natives, ornamental grasses, succulents, and efficient drip irrigation so your yard stays lush and colorful on a fraction of the water. Many of these projects also qualify for local turf-replacement rebates, and we'll point you to them.

How long does a typical project take?

Most residential projects run one to three weeks on site once we start, depending on size and how much hardscape is involved. A planting-bed refresh might be a couple of days; a full backyard redesign with pavers, irrigation, and lighting takes longer. You'll get a realistic schedule with your estimate, and we stick to it.
